Setup

Connect SupportMCP and confirm your identity.

Connection

Add https://supportmcp.pos.co.zm/mcp as a remote MCP connector in your supported client. Complete the OAuth sign-in with your TicketApp account when prompted.

First check

Ask: “Who am I in TicketApp, and which SupportMCP capabilities can I use?” SupportMCP uses whoami to return the authenticated user and role.

The public health endpoint is https://supportmcp.pos.co.zm/health. It confirms service health, not your personal access.

Access

Tool availability follows your authenticated TicketApp role. If a request returns ACCESS_DENIED, confirm your identity with whoami and use an operation permitted for your role.
