Connect SupportMCP, check service health, and confirm your identity.

Connection

Add https://supportmcp.pos.co.zm/mcp as a remote MCP connector and complete OAuth sign-in with your TicketApp account.

Use https://supportmcp.pos.co.zm/health to check service health, then run whoami to verify the authenticated identity and role.

Access model

Tool availability follows the authenticated TicketApp role. If a request returns ACCESS_DENIED, confirm identity with whoami and choose an operation permitted for that role.
