What SupportMCP does

SupportMCP connects ChatGPT and other MCP clients to TicketApp and SynergyApi. It lets authorized staff find customers, inspect ticket queues and history, review commercial records, and perform permitted ticket actions in natural language.

SupportMCP is a connector. TicketApp and SynergyApi remain the systems of record.
